Toggl is the only app we tested that covers all those bases. It can take a while to see if a time-tracking app is going to work for your routine. You can try the paid plans with day trials. Harvest charges you by the number of users, rather than the number of clients, and it integrates well with more productivity tools like Google Docs than FreshBooks, which largely hooks into other financial tools.
