Participants will engage in the first 4 stages. Participants will engage in group processes and will use tools for brainstorming, prioritizing ideas, developing a business case and for pitching an innovation proposal. You will learn fundamental concepts in managing people, with an emphasis on identifying the appropriate practices to apply to different organizational contexts and management situations.

Personal management style will be explored, and students will improve their communication skills, gain valuable insights into how to manage difficult people, conduct interest-based negotiations, exercise team leadership, and learn how to manage change. The role of personal wellness as a critical aspect of management performance will also be explored. You will engage in practical exercises and will come away with tools and techniques you can apply immediately to solve your day-to-day issues.

The Edwards MBA can be completed in only 12 months if taken full time, or part time in up to 36 months.
