Zero-Tolerance Sidewalk Snow Management

We spoke with Cody and John, the fleet manager and mechanic at a large commercial snow contractor in Minnesota. Prescription Landscape has contracts with clients that have large campuses and often operate on 24-hour schedules. Hospitals and places requiring no snow or ice are known as zero-tolerance accounts in the snow removal world, and they are some of the most challenging accounts to maintain during a labor shortage.

Some hurdles that they face as a snow contractor are keeping people comfortable during the job and sourcing reliable labor for all hours of the snowstorm.
