It doesn't matter how good the intentions of your teacher are.
For most teachers in most schools around the world, they either lack the system, the support, the time, and sometimes the specialised training (and even support to receive further training and upskill).

There's no wonder why teachers are so burned out, so overworked, and in many cases "clocked out" after a decade of dealing with it all.

The system must change but systems are big and complicated. Don't wait for the problem to get solved. Solve it yourself and do yourself the favour.
