If you have chronic pain and have suffered for years from pain, and you've tried everything, there is a way out. You can fix your own chronic pain at home. There is robust scientific literature/research on chronic pain, showing that a biopsychosocial model of health care which empowers self efficacy, and focuses on patient education and exercise, tends to get the best results. When it comes to chronic pain, fibromyalgia, chronic regional pain syndrome, and tension myositis syndrome, education is the first and most important step to getting started on your rehab journey.
