This class focuses on structural alignment, strength, flexibility to maintain a good range of motion to stay mobile and pain free. Most of the practice is on the floor, on all fours and sometimes in a chair. The transitions are slow and manageable and I accommodate for those who attend. We also practice breath work and stress management techniques. This class is donation-based.
