Workplace conflict series Episode 2: Managing hybrid working –potential conflicts & how to intervene

Published
Join Legal News Wales and the Civil Mediation Council for the second event in our series of free, online sessions to help legal professionals, employers, HR professionals and others tackle workplace conflict in radically different and increasingly challenging environments.

Over half of employees are said to want to retain some form of working from home. Some organisations seem set to embrace this whilst others are demanding a return to office working.

Whatever the approach there are likely to be some difficulties arising on how this is managed in a fair and equitable way and in a way that satisfies competing and differing views; what works for some employees will not work for all.

In this webinar, our editor and panel of guest speakers, will explore:

- How to manage concerns over career development and access to mentorship in a hybrid working environment
- Resolving complaints regarding employee isolation
- How to communicate and engage  with employees in the move to a hybrid working model
- How to remedy disputes - and how to prevent them!

Speakers
- Tracy Dickinson, Head of HR - Vale of Glamorgan Council
- Phil Sayce, Lecturer UWE and Chair of UCU
- David Whincup, Head of Employment Law, Squire Patton Boggs
- Alison Love, Managing Director, Resolution at Work
