Wildfires – Influence on air, soil, and water

Recent research has shown children born now will experience twice as many wildfires in their lifetime as their grandparents’ generation. This panel discussed how wildfires affect soil, air, and water, and how the chemical sciences can deliver a big impact in addressing this global challenge.
