What skills will be needed in 2030?

When we see the skills needed by the job market today and compare them with those needed in 2030, the differences are astounding. The job market has changed a lot over the years, and it will continue to change drastically in the next two decades. The world of work has changed so much that many of the skills that were relevant in the past may not be needed at all in the future.

For example, if you were an accountant in the past, you may need to learn programming in order to do the same job in the future, because accounting procedures have been automated, and human jobs will be eliminated.
