WHAT IS YOUR STYLE OF MANAGEMENT INTERVIEW ANSWER #1
“My management style is a combination of different key elements that are designed to achieve results. In short, I am a visionary and transformational manager who always sets high standards.

I am also decisive in my decision making, and somebody who expects their team to continually improve, evolve and develop.

I achieve this by being supportive of my team, but at the same time, I expect nothing but hard work, commitment, and exceptional customer service standards from all members of my team.

I always strive to get the best out of my team, and I will always deliver outstanding results for my employer.”
