The Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System has recommended the establishment of more Recovery Colleges in the new reformed system, with each Adult and Older Adult Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Service directed to establish and run a Recovery College, with learning modules delivered in a range of locations and venues in communities across Victoria.
