Webinar: Introduction to the SEND Development Pathways

This webinar will walk attendees through a new resource produced by Whole School SEND and Sea View Trust: the SEND Development Pathways.

The SEND Development Pathways are interactive documents that aim to support the schools’ workforce in accessing free, quality SEND CPD resources and professional support that is targeted towards their role, setting, career stage and ambition.

This webinar will share the project development to date (completion March 2022), including the two main resources: the SEND Development Pathways for School Workforce Guidance Document (including self-study materials) and the SEND Development Pathways for the School Workforce interactive PowerPoint.

This webinar is suitable for practitioners from all roles in mainstream and specialist settings and will support attendees to:

Identify their next steps for professional development
Find resources to support their development
Take the next steps in their career
