Negotiating and being influential at work are key skills for furthering your career – but we’re in a digital world, and these things are harder when the need to be face-to-face has reduced. This course will acknowledge that we’re doing things differently now, and video calls are becoming far more common than in-person meetings. We’ll explore how to remain charismatic enough, so that we can still be great negotiators and influencers.
