Two presenters, Dr. Steve Hawks, and Isa Perry a Health Strategy Manager from the Davis County Health Department. Dr. Hawks reviewed two change models by Kurt Lewin and John Kotter. Isa Perry described changes that occurred in their organization. Mrs. Perry demonstrated with a chart how all numbers doubled for the following categories: number of employees, phone calls received, diseases reported, and vaccines delivered.
