Use Chords to Master Styles | Stride & Freestyle

Published
If you don't have much repertoire yet - and don't know too many chords - then let this video be your guide! Choose a chord type (ones you know and those you don't, so you learn them) and play them with both hands as if they're a melody. Melodic chords is a nice replacement to repertoire because it sounds like you're playing a song, even though you're only playing one chord type down chromatically from C to C, passing through all the keys. Enjoy!
