Urgent Important Matrix | How Urgent and Important Time Management Saved Me

It's been a struggle for Tony and I to be productive at times. Juggling urgent vs important things is a real task for the both of us. Our productivity could probably be much higher if we were to prioritize things and get them done in time following something called the Eisenhower Matrix.
