इस साल के बजट की दूसरी किस्त 2024 के अंतरिम बजट में दिखाई दे इसके लिए सरकार कुछ तीर अपने तरकश में बचा कर रखना पसंद करेगी. दरअसल 2019 के अंतरिम बजट में किसान सम्मान निधि की घोषणा की गई थी, वो साल भी चुनावी ही था.बजट तैयार करने की प्रक्रिया के दौरान सरकार में उच्च स्तर पर किसान सम्मान निधि को 6000 से बढ़ाकर 8000 करने का प्रस्ताव किया गया है. इस पर गंभीर चर्चा हुई और इसके पीछे तर्क दिया गया कि महंगाई बढ़ गई है इसलिए किसान सम्मान निधि में बढ़ोतरी की जानी चाहिए. माना जा रहा है कि किसान सम्मान निधि में बढ़ोतरी का प्रावधान बजट में किया जा सकता है.
