Understanding the Mode Superposition Method

Published
In linear dynamics, we mode-superposition method provides a computationally efficient solution in determining the system response in the frequency domain, or sometimes even in the time domain. For some types of linear dynamic analyses, we must use the mode-superposition method. Understanding this procedure is important in obtaining correct results. In this video we will show you how to create a workflow on the project page for mode superposition-based analysis. We have a short lecture and then following a workshop walkthrough example showing how to implement the points discussed.
