Hosted by the Legal Aid Agency this session will help you to understand your own personality and preferences, how and why you like to do things the way you do.
This can help identify career roles that will appeal to you and highlight areas for development. MBTI can also help you understand the preferences of others, enabling you to be better at engaging and involving others, improve teamwork and collaboration and reduce conflict.
