Unbelievable footage of flash floods in Vietnam! Storm Noru caused insanely heavy rain
Flooding was recorded in the provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, and Ha Tinh by the Vietnam Disaster Management Authority. In the devastated areas, 8,150 homes were flooded, and 9 of them were completely damaged. A total of 90 homes were evacuated. Over 200 animals and 34,400 birds were killed or washed away, while over 6,000 hectares of crops were devastated. Many districts and towns in Nghe An recorded rainfall of 200–600 mm from September 27–29 as a result of the impact of storm Noru.
