The Happily Imperfect Leader is a high-achiever who is willing to go for their goal, despite imperfections. Too many people sit in the back and procrastinate in the name of waiting to be perfect or fear of judgement for their imperfections.

About Me
I am a Leadership Development and Inclusion Coach, Educator, Author, and International Speaker. I coach and educate people in Leadership Development, Diversity and Inclusion and Book Writing and Publishing.
I am passionate about inclusion in leadership. I am especially fascinated by self-inclusion into leadership for those who are less likely to be viewed as leadership material, for example, ethnic minorities, and migrant women. I view things from a critical realist lens, encouraging women to push themselves forward for opportunities as opposed to waiting until someone opens doors. I am aware that there are many systemic barriers and structural inequalities that can make some give up, however, one must never stop striving to reach their career goal. I seek out those women who have reached senior leadership positions. I am interested in and keen on learning from them.
I am currently undertaking a PhD researching Migrant Women’s Self Inclusion into Leadership at De Montfort University, Leicester. My research is aligned with the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) agenda 2030. In particular, SDG 5 and SDG 10.
I am the founder of Diverse Cultures Publishing (DCP), where we offer book writing coaching, ghost-writing, manuscript publishing, and co-authoring opportunity. I am also the principal for Migrant Women’s Self-Inclusion into Leadership Institute (MWSLI) where we help women who live in countries other than their country of birth to achieve leadership positions within organisations, politics, or business. We aim to help the migrant women increase their visibility, business success, productivity and profitability and to maintain outstanding levels of high performance leading to a successful balanced and fulfilling life.
My focus is on the crucial role people play as the primary source of competitive advantage. In doing so, organisations and society as whole leverage their social capital and humanistic visions through balanced decision-making capacity.
