Types of stress
1. Acute stress – Difficult situation, personal achievement, trying something new for the first time, excitement about it, usually it is for the short period of time.
2. Episodic acute stress – When you face acute stress it became episodic acute stress. Facing frequently situation, customed with the scenario. Feeling uncomfortable often because of such situation.
3. Chronic stress – High level of mental disturbance because of complete uncomfortable to behave the normal life. Became victim of stress related situation.
