Becoming a Top Talent in a company sounds so cool. But do you know what it takes to be identified as the Top Talent in your organization?
In this episode, we will talk about How to become Top Talents, a subset of employees that are identified as the top development candidate. They are prepared to be the Future Leaders of the company. The next Vice President, President, and even the future CEO. They are typically getting the most strategic projects, more crucible roles, and opportunities to get exposure and visibility to the higher management. As in any pyramid organization structure, typically, only a few percent of the employees are identified as Top Talents. While the Top Talents are going to get promoted to a higher level, the rest of the other employees typically stay where they are, move around on the same level, or find better opportunities elsewhere. Like it or not, that is the reality of the corporate world. We will talk about some of the key attributes of Top Talents so that you can immediately apply to yourselves to improve your capability and the chance to be identified as Top Talent in your company if you are interested in it.
