This simple time management technique will change your life by Earl Nightingale (Lead the field)

Published
Live successfully, one day at a time. Earl Nightingale talks about time management in today's video, and his philosophy is simple, stop wasting time. We all fall victim to wasting time. We are distracted by social media, water cooler chatter, or what we did on the weekend, and the next thing, half the day has gone by, and we are behind in our work because of poor time management.

Earl Nightingale talks about a simple time management technique that we can use to stop wasting time and increase our productivity by 50%. Earl Nightingale states the following technique.

Step 1: Write down 6 things you need to do tomorrow.
Step 2: Number them according to their importance.
Step 3: The next morning, you can start with the first item on your list, then once complete, move on to the next item.
Step 4: Whatever you have not completed, add it to the next day's list.

This simple time-management technique is called the Ivy-Lee technique and has been used by corporations around the world. It is simple but yet effective and easy to implement. Begin implementing this into your work, and you will soon find yourself becoming more productive and encouraging promotions.
