The Triple-A Approach to Role Based Access Control and Device Security AM

Published
Outside of a lab or demonstration environment, it's critical to know who is trying to log into network devices, ensure they can only perform tasks they are authorized to do, and keep track of what they did while logged in. It is important that we start learning about concepts like AAA, TACACS, and RADIUS while earning a CCNA, expand knowledge to the CCNP level, and even appear in CCIE curricula.

This session will explore the topic of device management with a focus on practical examples of how to define and enforce role-based access on Cisco IOS XE, IOS XR, and NX-OS devices using Cisco ISE as an authentication server.
