Michael Raeder (Management Advisor, Former CISO)
Mike Raeder is a senior technology leader with over 20 years of experience in system and network architecture, governance, information security and enterprise strategy. Most recently Mike was the Deputy Chief Information Security Office and Director of Information Security at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where he was responsible for enterprise wide identity and access solutions, PKI platforms, information security financial management and cyber awareness programs. In this role, Mike had the opportunity to collaborate with industry and government partners on cyber regulatory efforts such as NIST 800-171 and the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Mike served as a Senior Director for Cyber Security Services and CISO at Orbital ATK, Senior Director of Information Technology for Digital Signal Corporation, and had multiple IT leadership roles at Blackboard Inc. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree from George Mason University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Michelle Schafer (Partner Merritt Group)
As Partner at Merritt Group, Michelle Schafer heads up the dedicated Cybersecurity Practice where she applies nearly two decades of hands-on marketing and PR-related security experience spanning every discipline. She is known for creating and implementing strategic communications campaigns that drive strong media results for previous and current clients such as Strategic Cyber Ventures, CrowdStrike, Black Hat, Venafi and MACH37. Michelle’s security team has represented more than 100 security clients over the past 20 years. Michelle has presented at NVTC, Security B-Sides, RVASec and ISSA events and has been recognized as a top influencer in the security community. Prior to Merritt, Michelle led a team of wireless researchers at Current Analysis and held corporate communications positions at Advanced Switching Communications and 2nd Century Communications. She holds a BA in Communications with a specialization in PR and Advertising from George Mason University.

Ryan Shopp (Chief Marketing Officer, DeepInstinct)
Ryan Shopp is the Chief Marketing Officer at Deep Instinct. He brings more than 20 years of marketing and security expertise. He previously built and led global teams as a marketing executive for AppDynamics and New Relic leading up to a successful acquisition & IPO and further scaling. Prior to that, he served as the VP & CMO of CA Technologies EMEA based out of Switzerland. He is a seasoned executive in the IT & Security Operations domain with vast experience spanning product marketing, demand generation and product management. Shopp is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University earning a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering.


Young-Sae Song (Chief Marketing Officer, Bolster.ai)
Young-Sae Song is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Bolster.ai, a security startup focused on fraud prevention. Previously, he served as Menlo Security’s Chief Marketing Officer. He has extensive experience helping companies define their go to market strategies and scaling marketing organizations to achieve breakout success. Young-Sae also helped build the entire marketing program at Arctic Wolf Networks, where he helped define the managed detection and response (MDR) category. Prior to ArcticWolf, He led global marketing teams at market leaders such as AMD, Ericsson, MegaPath and Nokia. Young-Sae received his BS in industrial engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
