We at ACE we have been using BizAway since the beginning with its efficient travel platform and low cost it’s the best solution for us.
We are a consulting firm at the service of design. Our clients and architects and designers as well as luxury brands and develpers worldwide.
We have 50 technicians in our two offices in Florence and Milan but we work globally having projects in North America, Europe and Middle East and to ensure our clients get the quality they expect my team as to be on site full time during construction.
So when they stay away for several weeks they need a proper apartment and BizAway helps us tremendously in this regard.

For example we can book apartments on AirBnb and still be able to receive electronics invoices compliant with the italian tax agency. In addition with BizAway we receive just one invoice per month with all the travel expenses combined, that means less costs and more efficiency.

Speaking of costs we estimate 15% savings on each booking thanks to their competitive rates.
We also love the fact that with BizAway is possible to automatically compensate the CO2 emission for each travel made by ACE and this is just great.
