The Black Ceiling - Splunk's BEAMs ERG Panel

Over 20 million U.S. citizens quit their jobs during the second half of 2021. This movement was branded as “The Great Resignation.”

In this session, our panelists share their experience on the evolution of how discrimination in the workplace has impacted the Black community in entrepreneurship and landing a seat at the Executive table.
