Over 20 million U.S. citizens quit their jobs during the second half of 2021. This movement was branded as “The Great Resignation.”

Candidates in the job market feel empowered to reset the trajectory of their careers while the Black community feels empowered to break through the glass ceiling, a colloquial term representing a historical, discrimination barrier that prevents underrepresented communities from reaching Senior level management in the workforce.

In this session, our panelists share their experience on the evolution of how discrimination in the workplace has impacted the Black community in entrepreneurship and landing a seat at the Executive table.
