Steve is a professional Programme Manager with a wealth of experience around governance, planning, RAID Management, Resource (Budget) Management, Change Control and Reporting gained within top Financial Services in the UK for over 12 years.

Steve has worked for top banks in the UK including HSBC, Santander, Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Banking Group to mention few. During these years, Steve emerged as an expert on various Regulatory Programmes, including Financial Crime, Brexit, IFRS17, IR35, LIBOR, GDPR, SMCR, and Ops Resilience setting up the Prgramme Office from scratch for these top banks.
