Talk Therapy : Life Management Skills In Moving Forward

Life isnt about finding yourself, Life is about reinventing and recreating the self. This comes from the shorter version from George Bernard shaw. I wanted to share this with you in the talk therapy session and to begin to have some perspective on making life worth living after life changing or soul shattering event and learning how to move forward we will do just that.

In talk therapy today we are going into the 2nd half of the series of moving forward by discussing self discipline and bullet proof motivation. Which is our next months topic. I wanted to finish this month with self-discipline which is required in order to manage life and move forward

By using Affirmations which is written self-talk statements & better presented to the subconscious. These fresh images are viewed as "credible" by the subconscious & are placed in the area of subconscious having to do with the power to enhance the ability to employ particular powerful memories with less work.

The result is a breakthrough and life changing events once you manifest a place of growth , self discipline and worth beyond just self acualization . You will begin to break that chain of events that hold you back from moving forward . Its all about balance and mindfulness with a dash of self discipline
