Lee Stewart is one of the very few sustainability consultants who has over 20 years' experience including working for billion-dollar multinational companies. He was also responsible for implementing data centre energy efficiency rating tools and served as the global lead for IT Sustainability Consulting. More recently, Lee served as the Head of Sustainability at Fonterra, New Zealand's largest business.
