On 11 and 12 November 2021, SUERF - The European Money and Finance Forum and the Spanish Securities Markets Supervisory Authority CNMV - Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores organised an online conference on Corporate governance, executive compensation and ESG goals. The opening keynote address on the Conference theme was given by Rodrigo Buenaventura, Chairman of the CNMV. Claudia Custodio, Professor, Imperial College London, gives a keynote lecture entitled "Overview of recent developments in corporate governance and executive compensation: ESG challenges". The session is moderated by Ernest Gnan, SUERF Secretary General, Counsel to the Board and Head of Economic Analysis Division, OeNB.
