On 11 and 12 November 2021, SUERF - The European Money and Finance Forum and the Spanish Securities Markets Supervisory Authority CNMV - Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores organised an online conference on Corporate governance, executive compensation and ESG goals.
In this video, José Manuel Campa, Chairperson of the European Banking Authority (EBA) speaks about "Integrating ESG risks into the prudential regulation for banks. Then, Jordi Gual, Professor, IESE Business School, Non-executive Chairman of VidaCaixa and SUERF Fellow, offers his thoughts on the role of banks in the climate transition. The session is moderated by Ernest Gnan, SUERF Secretary General, Counsel to the Board and Head of Economic Analysis Division, OeNB.
