The Sport SA Governance Reform project forms a key element of our Election Commitment Funding; and includes a number of deliverables related to constitutional and policy review, board inductions and succession planning, strategic planning and execution, performance reporting, risk management, financial sustainability, education and training tools, and innovation in the form of digital transformation and exploring shared services models.
