During this session, the Careers Service looks at a 2021 report from the Institute of Student Employers, outlining the top skills employers are looking for in their graduate hires.

The session outlines some of the top skills required by some of the largest graduate recruiters in the UK, and gives you practical examples of how you can develop these skills. It also covers you how to effectively translate these skills onto your job descriptions.

The session is particularly useful for final year students and recent graduates applying for internships, jobs or graduate schemes.
