This is a video in my new Core Concepts series -- designed to provide students and lifelong learners a brief discussion focused on one main concept from a classic philosophical text and thinker.

This Core Concept video focuses on the article Corporate Governance and Ethics: A Feminist Perspective, authored by Silke Machold, Pervaiz Ahmed, and Stuart Farquar, published in the Journal of Business Ethics, 81(3) in 2008. This is a text I teach and discuss in my Business Ethics classes. It discusses specifically the implications of feminist ethics and the ethics of care for corporate governance models.
