Prior to joining TTUS, Jason was the Enterprise Training Director for the State of Wisconsin. In this role, Jason was responsible for building an enterprise-wide training and development team that supported 40,000 state employees. Jason has been involved in developing leaders at all levels and specializes in team development. Using research from the field of Servant Leadership and a number of other leadership styles, Jason's focus is on developing a leader's whole self.

Jason is currently finishing his dissertation on Servant Leadership and Team Effectiveness for his Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership through Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Jason has also completed his Bachelors and Masters degree along with several professional certificates. Jason is an award winning author and has published several articles around accountability in teams, team effectiveness, and bringing servant leadership to teams.
