REPORT FROM THE MH DAY 2021 AND BEYOND
This panel session tackles challenges in Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) and its link to FSM. Improper MHM and service chain that is not gender-sensitive leads to solid waste problems in the sanitation chain. Along with the latest updates on MHM, best practices from South Asia will be showcased during the session looking at technologies, knowledge management, solid waste management perspective, and policies. The session will explore how gender experts and WASH experts in MHM can help mitigate challenges in the sanitation chain.
