Proposed Income-Allianz Deal: No change to existing contracts, should deal go through

There will be no change to the terms and conditions of existing insurance contracts, should the proposed deal go through. MAS will hold NTUC Income and Allianz to account on these commitments. MAS also has regulatory requirements in place to ensure insurers maintain strong capital reserves, put in place robust governance and risk management frameworks, and treat their customers fairly.
