The debate of Endotherapy versus surgery for chronic pancreatitis is also discussed with the help of evidence. The talk then focuses on the role of different surgical procedures and their choice such as when to Frey's procedure for chronic pancreatitis, when to do Beger procedure, and so on.

He then focuses on the role of early intervention to manage or avoid sequelae of chronic pancreatitis and the possible interventions in early Chronic pancreatitis. The video is an excellent primer for everyone who is suffering from this disease as well as everyone who treats these patients.
