6.Subordination of Individual Interest to General Interest:
This principle says that organisational interest should be kept above individual interests. In this regard, all employees should work towards achieving the organisational goal.
Interest of an organisation must supersede the interest of
individuals or employees.
Organizational goals must not be sacrificed because individuals will be able to achieve their objectives only when the organisation prospers.
For example:-
Before buying. raw material the manager must compare the prices and qualities .of all supplier and give order to best rather than giving order to his own relative by misusing his power.
