I am Rachel Stephen, and I am a freshman at Montgomery High School. I always had a passion for bringing change and promoting self improvement in my community. Ever since I was in 3rd grade, I have enjoyed listening and learning about self improving success stories and through this process compiled several techniques that helped me become the person I am today. Now, I am making videos about easy and fun ways on how you can improve your memory.
