President William Ruto has signed an executive order on the reorganization of government, making formal some of the new offices he created about a month ago when he named his cabinet. The office of the prime cabinet secretary, which will be occupied by ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi is now formal and will be housed at the Kenya Railways headquarters off Haile Selassie Avenue in Nairobi.
