POMS College of Operational Excellence webinar: Future of Lean Research

Recent discussions in the Journal of Operations Management on the state of Lean research and practice stake out important definitions and elemental concepts of Lean (see below). In this webinar, participants will hear from and interact with leading researchers in this important and long-standing domain.

The discussion will be driven in part by questions submitted by registrants in advance. In addition, the planned agenda will address questions regarding different views of Lean, its definitions, operationalizations, and practical applications, emerging research opportunities, and relationship to larger transformational efforts in operations management.
