PMG Stone Australia is looking for RECEPTIONIST /OFFICE ADMIN to join their company

PMG Stone Australia is a well-established stone top manufacturing business who are seeking suitable candidates to fill in various positions due to company growth

Responsibilities for the role:
• Managing incoming calls. Assisting with general enquires, sales, and taking messages
• Greeting Clients that walk through the door and assisting where required
• Greeting and receiving & processing deliveries/ delivery dockets
• Preparing paperwork and jobs for the following day.
• Updating calendars & scheduling using ACT system (On Job training given with this program)
• Data entry, filing and record keeping + general office work including monitoring & replying to emails.
• Ordering & maintaining materials /registers

To be successful for this role you must have:
• Minimum 1 year must have previous experience as a receptionist/Admin or similar roll
• Must be well presented and polished
• Good phone manner
• Ability to adhere to WHS obligations
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong organisational skills to ensure projects run smoothly and within the required time frames
• Well presented
• Highly motivated and punctual
• Computer literate with intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and the ability to learn in house programs and systems such as ACT
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
