PM Tips: Build Employee Motivation, Trust, and Respect

In this video lecture I discuss why managers working in construction need to better understand what motivates people, what demotivates people, and how to better engage people on the site and on their projects. Successful construction projects are built by teams of people working together to often solve and respond to complex and simple problems. Understanding motivation will help us to build better teams.
