PLENARY SESSION III: RISK MANAGEMENT, FRAUD GOVERNANCE & CYBER SECURITY

CII organised the Corporate Governance Summit on 10 March 2023 at Mumbai. The Summit held discussions around B20 priorities under the theme “R.A.I.S.E – Responsible, Accelerated, Innovative, Sustainable, and Equitable Businesses.”


The Plenary Session III: Risk Management, Fraud Governance and Cyber Security focussed on following themes:

• Learning utility, fixing responsibility, board oversight on ML driven analytics and upskilling, dealing with usage of digital platforms
