Plenary 2 - Shifting paradigms and approaches: Adapting to a changing world

This plenary session will highlight some of the current approaches and paradigms of international development that fundamentally impact how we think about inclusive and sustainable service delivery. A shift from some of the more technically focused plenaries at past FSM conferences, this discussion gives special focus on key societal and cultural paradigms that have undermined our progress towards SDG 6.2 and will provide a new perspective on how to better adapt in our ever-changing world.
