Parliament Passes Public Bodies Management & Accountability Regulations

The Government passed the long-delayed Public Bodies Management and Accountability Regulations during Tuesday’s sitting of the House of Representatives. Minister of Finance and the Public Service Dr Nigel Clarke, who piloted the regulations through the House noted the significance of public bodies and their boards, to the governance of a country.
