Panel: BCE's down beat guidance is not surprising

Sales growth was disappointing; BCE is underperforming Rogers in almost every aspect; areas that are showing strength are being offset by other factors but none of this is terribly surprising, says Matthew Dolgin, equity analyst, Morningstar Research Services LLC. There isn't much to like about BCE except the dividend, says Martin Pelletier, senior portfolio manager for Trivest Wealth at Wellington-Altus Private Counsel.
